Style recipe for Suno v5
Electro House
Electro house from the 2010s: distorted bass growl, sawtooth lead, sharp kick, aggressive and anthemic in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.
History
Electro house is house music with its teeth bared: a four-on-the-floor kick at 125 to 135 BPM under buzzing, distorted sawtooth bass lines. Its early markers are scattered. Basement Jaxx's "Raw S*it" (1997) was filed under the genre only in hindsight, Mr. Oizo's "Flat Beat" (1999) counts as an early example, and Benny Benassi's "Satisfaction" (2002), first played at electroclash parties, is treated as a precursor. Daft Punk's Discovery shaped the sound, Justice and Digitalism pushed it further, and deadmau5 carried it to American crowds. In November 2006 electro house tracks by Fedde Le Grand and by Bodyrox and Luciana held the top two places in the UK singles chart. Then the genre split. Justice's "Waters of Nazareth" (2005) anticipated complextro, a name Porter Robinson coined in 2010 for his own glitchy tracks that cut sharply between instruments, and Skrillex's Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites EP mixed complextro with brostep. Dutch house broke through by 2009 with Afrojack among its pioneers, and in the early 2010s big room filled Tomorrowland and Ultra through Martin Garrix and Hardwell. Even moombahton came from here: DJ Dave Nada slowed down an Afrojack remix to please party-goers who liked reggaeton.
