Artist names, style, and voice
Artist names and genre labels in the catalog are sound references only. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any connection with the artist. Musical style and genre are not themselves protected by copyright, which is why we describe the sound with name-free descriptors. A person's name, image, voice, and other personality rights, however, are protected by law in many jurisdictions — including recent rules on AI voice and likeness replicas — and it is your responsibility not to infringe them. Do not use the material to imitate a real person without their consent.
Trademarks
All names, marks, and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. Any mention is nominative and does not claim any connection, partnership, or endorsement.
Rights in generated output
The legal status of AI-generated output is unsettled and differs by country. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sunomarket is not liable for indirect or incidental losses or for the consequences of using the material and generation results. Total liability is capped as stated in the Terms.
