sunomarket works only in text: a catalog of style and artist prompts for Suno, a deterministic prompt generator, and an AI song generator that writes a title and full lyrics. The catalog and the prompts were written by us. The lyrics are written by an AI model on your brief. We do not generate, process, or store any audio: music is created by Suno on its side and under its rules, and nothing on this site is a sound recording.

Artist names, style, and voice
Artist names and genre labels in the catalog are sound references only. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any connection with the artist. Musical style and genre are not themselves protected by copyright, which is why we describe the sound with name-free descriptors. A person's name, image, voice, and other personality rights, however, are protected by law in many jurisdictions — including recent rules on AI voice and likeness replicas — and it is your responsibility not to infringe them. Do not use the material to imitate a real person without their consent.
Trademarks
All names, marks, and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. Any mention is nominative and does not claim any connection, partnership, or endorsement.
Commercial use is allowed
The prompts you assemble and the lyrics written for you are yours to use however you like, commercial projects included: release them, sell them, license them, monetise them. We claim no rights in them, we ask for no royalty, and we require no credit to sunomarket. What your country's law will recognise as protectable in that text is a separate matter, and the next three items are about it.
Authorship takes more than a prompt
The legal status of AI-written text is unsettled and each country answers it differently. The U.S. Copyright Office, for one, does not treat output produced from a prompt alone, without meaningful human creative contribution, as protectable. The practical consequence is plain: typing a brief and pressing a button gets you a text, it does not by itself get you authorship of that text. Authorship usually begins where you have reworked the text substantially yourself, rewriting lines, changing the structure, putting your own images into it. How deep that editing has to go, and whether your country will count it, nobody can tell you in advance, and we do not make that judgement for you. Go by the law of the place you live and publish in, and where the stakes are real, ask a lawyer. The same uncertainty applies to whatever you then generate in Suno, which is governed by Suno's terms and by applicable law.
One model writes for everyone
The same neural network writes for every user. Similar briefs get similar answers back, so lines, verses, titles and whole passages may coincide with what was generated before you or will be generated after you. We do not check output for uniqueness, we do not promise it, and we do not undertake to withhold similar text from anyone else. The rights you get in the text are non-exclusive. If such a coincidence costs you a takedown, a distributor's refusal or an argument with another user, that is not something we answer for.
We clear nothing against other people's rights
The model learned from other people's writing, and we do not warrant that what it produces avoids repeating or resembling an existing work. We run no plagiarism check and we clear no rights with anyone. Check anything you intend to release yourself. We are under no obligation to defend you in a dispute with a rightsholder or to cover what such a dispute costs you.

Titles and lyrics are written by an artificial intelligence system, and you receive them as AI-generated content. Where you publish that text, the law or a platform's own rules may require you to say so. Meeting that requirement is on you.
As is, no warranties
All texts, both the catalog prompts and the lyrics the generator writes, are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular generation result, uniqueness, originality, fitness for your purposes, or uninterrupted operation. You use the material at your own risk. Nothing in this clause removes rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the prompts and the output: for complying with Suno's terms, with copyright, trademark, and name/image/voice protection law, and with the law of your own country. Do not infringe the rights of others. That goes for lyrics in particular: the decision to release them under your name, to register them, to sell them or to hand them to a platform is yours, and so is everything that follows from it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sunomarket is not liable for indirect or incidental losses or for the consequences of using the material and generation results. Separately, we are not liable for any dispute or claim about authorship, ownership, originality, registrability, exclusivity or infringement concerning generated text, whoever raises it: a third party, a registry or a platform, or another user of the service. That holds whether or not you edited the text before using it. Total liability is capped as stated in the Terms. None of this removes rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you, and nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited; if any part of this clause turns out to be invalid, the rest of it still stands.
Applicable law
Whatever these pages say, the mandatory law of the country you live in stays in force, and it works in both directions. Complying with your local law on copyright, on name, image and voice, and on disclosing AI-generated content is your responsibility. The rights that same law gives you as a consumer are not taken away by anything written here.
