Terms of Service
Accepting these terms
By creating an account and by paying for access you confirm that you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, and that you agree to them. If you do not agree with any of it, do not register and do not pay.
The service
sunomarket is a text service for people working in Suno: a catalog of style and artist prompts, a deterministic prompt generator, and an AI song generator that writes a title and full lyrics from your brief. We deliver text only — descriptions, tags, prompts, and lyrics. We do not generate, process, or store any audio.
Pricing & payment
Access is sold as a monthly subscription or as a single one-time payment; current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Credits for the AI song generator can also be topped up with a credit pack, bought from your profile while your access is active. Payments are handled by lava.top; we never receive or store your card details. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time in your profile. A one-time payment does not renew: it opens access once and keeps it open for as long as the service runs.
License & access
Access is personal. Do not resell or share it with third parties. Prompts you assemble and lyrics the generator writes for you are yours to use, including in commercial projects; we claim no rights in them. What the law of your country recognises as protectable in AI-generated text is a separate question, covered in the Disclaimer.
What lifetime access means
A one-time payment opens access for as long as the service runs, not for any guaranteed length of time. We do not undertake to keep the service running indefinitely, and we may stop it. If the service stops, access stops with it and what you paid is not returned. By paying for one-time access you accept that this is what the word means here.
Credits
The AI song generator runs on credits, and each generation costs a fixed number of credits, 20 as of this update, stated on the Pricing page and inside the generator. Credits included with a plan are an allowance for one period: whatever is unspent when the subscription renews is cleared, and the new period's allowance replaces it. Credits bought as a top-up pack, and credits from a one-time payment, do not expire and stay on your balance until you spend them. A charge draws on the plan's allowance first. Spending any credit requires active paid access: if a subscription ends, the balance stays where it is, but the generator stays closed until access is renewed. Credits are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, moved between accounts, or refunded once they are on your balance.
Independence from Suno
sunomarket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Suno AI. Music generation happens on Suno's side and is governed by their terms. “Suno” is a trademark of its owner.
Artist style & voice
Sunomarket provides text only (descriptions and prompts). We are not responsible for copying any artist's voice, timbre, or performance style when generating in Suno — that responsibility lies entirely with Suno and the user. The text is for reference and inspiration. Artist names in the catalog are sound references only, not an instruction to imitate a specific performer.
Prompts “as is”
The texts are provided for reference. We do not guarantee any particular generation result in Suno — it depends on Suno's model and your own actions.
Refunds
A paid subscription period is non-refundable, but you can cancel automatic renewal at any time — access stays until the end of the paid period. A one-time payment and a credit top-up are non-refundable: both are delivered in full the moment the payment clears. Where the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you a stronger right than this clause, that law applies.
Age
The service is not meant for children. You may use it from the age of 16, or from the age at which the law of your country lets you enter into an agreement like this one, whichever is higher.
Keeping your access safe
Your password and the mailbox the account is registered to are yours to keep safe, and you are responsible for what is done under your account. We take reasonable measures to protect the service, but no system is completely secure. We are not liable for the unlawful acts of third parties, nor for what follows if you lose your password, pass it to someone, or let it become known. If you suspect somebody else is in your account, write to [email protected] straight away.
Contested content
If you hold rights and believe material on the site infringes them, write to [email protected]. Tell us who you are and on what basis you hold the rights, which material you are contesting with a link to the page, and what the infringement consists of. We will review it and answer within 14 days, and we may remove or amend the contested material while we do.
Reversed payments
If a payment is reversed, charged back through a bank, or cancelled by the payment system, we may suspend or close access and remove the credits that payment granted. If you believe you were charged in error, write to [email protected] first: sorting it out with us directly is usually faster than going through a bank.
Acceptable use
You may not bulk-scrape the catalog, resell its content, or use the service for illegal content or to infringe the rights of others.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, no committed level of uptime, and no promise that a feature you use today will still be here tomorrow. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
Third-party outages
The service depends on Suno, on our contractors, on our payment provider and on our hosting. We are not responsible for their outages, for network or infrastructure failures, or for other delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Suspension
We may suspend or close access that breaks these terms, that is used to harm the service or other users, or where the law requires it. Where the breach is minor we will warn you first. If access is closed for a breach, what you paid and any credits left on the balance are not returned. You can contest a suspension at [email protected].
Closing your account
You can delete your account from your profile at any time. That is your decision and your responsibility: your saved prompts, your songs and any credits left on the balance go with it, we cannot restore them afterwards, and what you paid is not returned.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profit, revenue, data or opportunity, or for anything arising from Suno itself: its terms, its availability, or what its model produces. Nor are we liable for what you do with the text you take from here. For everything else, our total liability across all claims together is limited to the greater of USD 50 and the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event the claim is about. None of this removes rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you, and nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited; if any part of this clause turns out to be invalid, the rest of it still stands.
Your responsibility to us
If a third party brings a claim against us because you used the service in breach of these terms or unlawfully, we may recover from you the losses and reasonable costs your breach caused us. We will tell you about such a claim promptly and will not settle it in your name without asking you first.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we announce material changes on the site. If a new version does not suit you, you are free to stop using the service and delete your account; continuing to use it means you accept the new version. No refund is made in either case.
Privacy Policy
Who we are
sunomarket, an online catalog of prompts for Suno with text generators built on top of it.
Data we collect
Your email (for sign-in and access), records of logins, your plan and credit balance, the prompts you save and the songs the generator wrote for you, and minimal technical logs (IP, device type) to prevent abuse. We also keep a record of each payment, its amount, currency, status and the confirmation lava.top sends us, but never your card details. The brief you type into the song generator is sent to the contractors that run the generation; we neither store it nor write it to our logs. We do not collect or store any audio.
How we use it
To provide access, prevent fraud, and offer support. We process your data to perform our contract with you, which is running the service you paid for, and on our legitimate interest in protecting it from abuse. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing without your consent.
Cookies
Functional cookies only (your sign-in session). No advertising or tracking pixels.
Third-party services
lava.top (payment processing), the contractors that run our song generation (they receive the brief you type in order to write the lyrics), and Telegram (support). We require the generation contractors to use what they receive only to carry out our request, not for their own purposes. Each of them also handles data under its own policies.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active; technical logs are deleted within 30 days. Saved prompts and songs stay in your profile until you delete them, and are deleted along with the account if you close it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a machine-readable form, and you can object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we respond within 14 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
We announce changes to this policy on the site.
