Style recipe for Suno v5
Synth-Funk
Synth funk from the 1980s: analog synth bass, talkbox, synth brass, futuristic and swaggering in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.
History
Synth-funk, also known as synth funk or electro-funk, is a funk subgenre combined with electronic music. It became possible once synthesizers, drum machines and electronic sound processing spread widely, and its direct foundation is boogie. The style gained real popularity in the early 2000s, when performers began working details of electroclash into it more and more often. The names attached to it cover a wide span: Zapp sit on the same list as Dam-Funk, RJD2 and Jamiroquai, alongside Chromeo, Breakbot, Sam Sparro, La Roux and Goldfrapp.
