Filtered French house from the 2000s: filtered disco samples, four-on-the-floor kick, sidechained synth bass, euphoric and hypnotic in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Breakbot is the recording name of French producer Thibaut Berland, born in 1981 in Corbeil-Essonnes near Paris. After studying computer animation and working as a CG artist, he entered the French house scene in 2006 with a remix of Justice's "Let There Be Light," then released his debut EP, Happy Rabbit, in 2007. He signed to Ed Banger Records in 2009 and, with vocalist Irfane Khan-Acito, released "Baby I'm Yours" in 2010, a disco-funk single that went platinum in France and gold in the US and Brazil. It later became notorious after Bruno Mars's "Treasure" was found melodically close enough to earn Berland and Irfane a co-writing credit on that song. Breakbot's 2012 debut album, By Your Side, reached number 19 in France; a second album, Still Waters, followed in 2016, whose track "Star Tripper" appeared on the Disney compilation Star Wars Headspace. His sound blends French house, nu-disco, and electro-funk, carrying on the Ed Banger label's lineage after Justice and Daft Punk.
