History
SALUKI is the stage name of Arseny Nesaty, a Russian rapper, producer and beatmaker born July 5, 1997, in Moscow. At 16 he became one of the first artists to join Dead Dynasty, the underground collective built around Pharaoh (Gleb Golubin), after a chain of contacts led him straight to the crew. Before settling on SALUKI, he recorded under aliases like Lil A1ds and HorrorKing. His sound leans on dark trap and hip-hop, marked by dense, atmospheric production and abrasive lyricism. His 2016 debut, Horrorking, was recorded entirely in English; his first Russian-language album, Vlastelin Kalek (Lord of the Cripples), arrived in 2019 with guest spots from Boulevard Depo, Lizer, Cream Soda and White Punk. Later releases include the 2021 collaborative record Stydo Ili Slava with 104, 2023's Wild Ea$t, and 2024's Bolshie Kurtki. He has also worked with Markul, LSP and Skryptonite. Beyond his own catalog, SALUKI runs the label Carnival Records, through which he produced singer SABU's debut album.
