Inspiration, name-free
Порнофильмы
Anthemic political punk from the 2010s: ringing open chords, arpeggiated clean intro, melodic bass countermelody, raw and defiant in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Pornofilmy is a Russian punk rock band formed in Dubna on October 22, 2008. After an initial breakup in 2011, the band reformed in 2012 with a sharper focus: openly political, socially critical lyrics paired with a strict straight-edge ethos — every member is vegetarian and abstains from alcohol, drugs, and smoking. The provocative name came from a TV crime report about a shut-down illegal porn-film studio; frontman Vladimir Kotlyarov has said it stuck simply because it was catchy and outrageous. The current lineup is Kotlyarov (vocals), Alexander Rusakov (guitar, also the band's manager), Kirill Muravyov (drums), Alexander Agafonov (bass), and Igor Rybin (guitar, since 2023). The band has released nine studio albums, including the two-part "Russkaya Mechta" and "Eto Proydyot" (2020), plus collaborations with Lumen and BaseFase. Authorities repeatedly canceled their shows over alleged "extremism," and in 2021 their song "Nishchikh Ubivay!" was officially banned. After Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine, the band publicly condemned the war, emigrated, and played benefit concerts for Ukraine; Kotlyarov was later designated a "foreign agent" by the Russian government.
