History
Yulia Chicherina came out of the Yekaterinburg rock scene in the late 1990s and fronts a guitar band under her own surname. «Ту-лу-ла» (2001) is the track that carried her nationally, followed by «Жара»: mid-tempo alternative rock, overdriven guitar kept plain, and a hoarse female voice deliberately left rough in the mix. Both went into heavy rotation on Nashe Radio and climbed high in its listener chart Chartova Dyuzhina, which in the early 2000s was the main route to a Russian rock audience. Verified detail beyond the singles and that radio history is scarce, so this entry stays short instead of filling the gap with guesswork.
