History
Sebastian Ingrosso (born Sebastian Carmine Ingrosso, 20 April 1983) is a Swedish DJ and producer from Stockholm, of Italian and Tunisian descent. He met future bandmate Steve Angello at age six, entered the music industry in 1999 with a remix for Mega Records, and founded his own label, Refune Music, in 2003. In late 2008 he formed Swedish House Mafia with Axwell and Steve Angello. The trio's 2010 debut album Until One produced "One (Your Name)" featuring Pharrell Williams and "Miami 2 Ibiza" featuring Tinie Tempah, while 2012's "Don't You Worry Child" hit number one in Sweden, the UK, and Australia and earned Grammy nominations. Ingrosso also scored a solo hit with Alesso and Ryan Tedder on "Calling (Lose My Mind)" and collaborated with David Guetta. After Swedish House Mafia disbanded in 2013, he and Axwell continued as Axwell /\ Ingrosso ("Sun Is Shining," "More Than You Know"). Swedish House Mafia reunited in 2018 and released their debut album, Paradise Again, in 2022. Ingrosso is a cousin of singer Benjamin Ingrosso and influencer Bianca Ingrosso.
