Style recipe for Suno v5

Goregrind

menacingrawaggressive220–300 BPM

Goregrind blast metal from the 1990s: blast beats, detuned guitars, pitch shifter box, menacing and raw in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History

Goregrind fused grindcore with death metal in the late 1980s, and the band most often credited with it is Carcass from Britain, whose Reek of Putrefaction and Symphonies of Sickness set the template, with Repulsion's Horrified and Impetigo's Ultimo Mondo Cannibale as early companions. On Reek of Putrefaction Carcass used pitch shifters, medical imagery and visceral associations, and all three became the genre's calling card. The sound is detuned guitars, blasting drums, sometimes a snare tuned so high it clangs like a biscuit tin, and vocals pushed extremely low or pitch-shifted and heavily processed. Musically it sits close to grindcore; the difference, as Dead Infection drummer Cyjan put it, is that grindcore cares about society and politics while goregrind deals with blood, pathology and fatal accidents. The humor is deliberate: cartoonish splatter covers and song titles like Nice to Eat You tell listeners not to take it seriously, and the medical jargon of later bands earned it the nickname medicore. In the United States, Impaled, Exhumed and The Meat Shits followed the founders, Sanity's Dawn from Germany and Last Days of Humanity from the Netherlands led the modern wave, and offshoots include pornogrind and the drum-machine blur of gorenoise.
