Suede
1990s glam sleaze rock from the 1990s: wah-fuzz lead lines, glam boogie riff, slinky bass slides, theatrical and raw in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Suede opened the nineties British guitar decade by sounding nothing like the bands around them. Brett Anderson sang in a high, mannered, deliberately androgynous voice about council estates, cheap drugs and glamour that did not quite exist, while Bernard Butler's guitar supplied the sweep the lyrics were pretending to. The debut album took the Mercury Prize in 1993 and set the template that the wider Britpop wave then simplified into something sunnier. Animal Nitrate is the song that carries the early sound: a sleazy riff, a chorus sung as if from a doorway, and a subject the radio was not supposed to notice. Dog Man Star pushed the theatrical side as far as it would go before Butler left. Richard Oakes joined for Coming Up, and the band came back with brighter, sharper singles: Beautiful Ones and Trash both work as pop songs about people on the outside of the party. What a listener recognises is the mix of glam rock swagger and English suburban misery, sung at the top of the register.
