Nef the Pharaoh
2010s vallejo hyphy trap mob music from the 2010s: ominous synth brass, slapping funk bassline, thick 808 slides, menacing and swaggering in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Nef the Pharaoh raps with a loose, conversational bounce that owes a clear debt to Vallejo's Mac Dre and E-40, both of whom he names as influences. He grew up in the Bay Area and began as an internet freestyler, picking up local attention with a hometown anthem about Vallejo and a steady stream of freestyles posted online. His breakout came in 2015 with "Big Tymin'", a sunny tribute to Cash Money's Big Tymers over a sparse, slumping beat in the Bay style of the time. The track became a regional hit and led to a deal with E-40's Sick Wid It Records. His full-length debut The Chang Project followed in 2017, and Mushrooms & Coloring Books continued the run the next year. What stands out is the humour and ease: free-associative bars, goofy boasts delivered deadpan, and a young voice treating hyphy tradition as family inheritance.
