Luniz
Bay area mobb rap slap funk from the 1990s: chunky sampled bassline, bell-like synth riff, sung female hook, hypnotic and swaggering in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Yukmouth and Numskull came out of East Oakland and cut Operation Stackola in 1995. The record works as a document of Bay Area mobb music: slow slapping bass, thin high synths, and a conversational trade-off between two voices instead of one dominant MC. One track went everywhere. "I Got 5 on It" took its loop from Club Nouveau's "Why You Treat Me So Bad", put Michael Marshall on the hook, and climbed to number eight on the Hot 100, unusual for an Oakland single at the time. It keeps coming back: remixes stacked with West Coast guests, and a slowed, menacing version used in the marketing for Jordan Peele's Us in 2019. Lunitik Muzik arrived in 1997. Both members worked solo afterwards, Yukmouth with a long run of independent releases.
