Justin Timberlake
2000s futuristic pop-funk from the 2000s: mouth-percussion beatbox, filtered distorted vocal, rubbery synth bass, seductive and swaggering in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
He came up through the Mickey Mouse Club in the early 1990s and then NSYNC, and handed his solo debut Justified (2002) to Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Timbaland rather than to the writers who had built the boy-band hits. "Cry Me a River" set the terms: a minor-key vocal stack, beatbox running under the drums, everything dry and close. FutureSex/LoveSounds (2006) went further into Timbaland's production, and both "SexyBack" and "My Love" reached number one in the United States. That album is where the falsetto stopped being decoration and became the main voice. The 20/20 Experience followed in 2013 with longer arrangements and live horns. The effect on chart pop was structural rather than stylistic: after 2006 a male pop record was expected to sound like a rhythm track with a singer inside it, not like a song with a band behind it.
