Bush
Grunge from the 1990s: fuzzed power-chord guitar, melodic bass, hard-hitting drums, raw and defiant in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Bush are an English rock band formed in London in 1992, built around singer-guitarist Gavin Rossdale and guitarist Nigel Pulsford, who met at a Wembley concert in 1991 and bonded over a shared love of Pixies and the Velvet Underground. Bassist Dave Parsons and drummer Robin Goodridge completed the classic lineup in 1993. Despite their British roots, Bush found almost all their early success in the US: their 1994 debut Sixteen Stone broke through after LA radio station KROQ started playing "Everything Zen," and the album went on to sell six times platinum, driven by singles "Comedown," "Glycerine," and "Machinehead." Musically the band sits in the post-grunge and alternative rock lane, close in spirit to American grunge though formed abroad. Their 1996 follow-up, Razorblade Suitcase, hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200. One odd piece of trivia: in Canada the band had to release records as "BushX" because a 1970s Canadian band already owned the name Bush there, a dispute only settled in 1997 when Rossdale agreed to donate to charity. Bush split in 2002, reformed in 2010, and continue releasing albums with Rossdale as the sole original member.
