Big Sean
2010s polished Detroit pop-trap from the 2010s: bright piano riff, chopped soul vocal, crisp trap snare, triumphant and anthemic in feel. A name-free Suno recipe that reproduces the signature sound without tripping the artist-name filter.

History
Big Sean built a career on punchlines, the setup and payoff couplet delivered with a pause before the last word so the joke has room to land. He came up in Detroit, freestyling for Kanye West outside a radio station before signing to G.O.O.D. Music, and his early mixtapes spread a flow of short clipped phrases with a beat of silence after each one that a generation of rappers borrowed. The albums got heavier as he went: Dark Sky Paradise and I Decided traded some of the wordplay for ambition, anxiety and family, and Detroit stayed the subject he returned to most. Bounce Back is the commercial side at its clearest, a slow trap beat and a hook written to be repeated, while I Don't Fuck with You made a grudge into a pop chorus. Three of his albums reached number one in the United States. What a listener recognises is the voice, nasal and very clear, and the habit of leaving air around a line so there is time to catch it.
